consubstantial

EXPLANATION

A word used in the Nicene Creed, consubstantial means “of the same substance”. It refers to the divinity of Jesus. Like God the Father, he is also divine as well as being human. relationship of Jesus to God the Father. So, the Creed says that Jesus is “consubstantial with the Father” — i.e., they are both divine.
